Bell Land Surveys LLC is a privately owned company with over 60 years of surveying experience. As land surveyors, we prepare family divisions, subdivisions, residential and commercial site plans, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and property line marking. In addition to land surveying, we provide clients a wide range of specialty services including but not limited to: land planning and design, site surveys, construction staking and project management. Our clientele range from private land owners to corporate developers. We provide services for clients involved in state, county and federal projects as well as development companies, investment groups, and non-profit organizations.
