Beacon of Strength Mental Health Services provides compassionate therapy to individuals and families navigating challenging emotional and mental health issues. Offering both in-person and telehealth sessions in Duluth and Eden Prairie, MN, the practice specializes in treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, trauma, and family conflicts. Their therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. Each client receives a diagnostic assessment and individualized treatment plan tailored to their needs. They accept most major insurance plans including BCBS, HealthPartners, UCare, and Medicaid/Medicare, as well as private pay on a sliding fee scale.
