About Us While Dr. Wells is a licensed pediatric dentist who provides care to all of his patients, he specializes in in-office full mouth restoration. He is licensed to provide this type of care while the patient is under oral conscious sedation. Dr. Wells is one of the few dentists in lower Alabama who is willing and able to care for your child in this manner. Oral conscious sedation is recommended because of the extent of dental work that is required. Unlike being put to sleep at the hospital, your child will be drowsy but awake, able to breath on his own, and able to respond to physical stimulation and verbal commands.
