Dr. Barbara Michelle Strong is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her medical degree from the Charles R. Drew/University of California at Los Angeles Medical Education Program, with a focus in leadership in diverse communities. Dr. Strong completed her residency training at the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital Integrated Residency Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Following graduation, Dr. Strong joined the faculty at Montefiore Medical Center, where she had a specific interest in residency education and obstetric simulations. Dr. Strong served at the Director of Obstetric Simulations for the residents.Dr. Strong specializes in various areas of obstetrics and gynecology, including comprehensive gynecologic care, gynecologic surgery, preventative care, prenatal care, management of labor and delivery, and contraceptive health services. She is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate evidence-based medical care.
