As a solution-focused therapist, my therapeutic approach is to find solutions that resolve current problems and change long-standing patterns. This includes cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness and building self-compassion. I work with your unique strengths and concerns to identify and reach your goals. I am licensed by the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers. I offer telehealth counseling in Oregon exclusively.
