I help with bladder and bowel control, pelvic pain, core stability, pregnancy & postpartum care, and peri/post menopause support.

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, creating a safe environment where your comfort, consent, and nervous system regulation are prioritized throughout treatment.

My services include biofeedback training to improve coordination, control and awareness, visceral mobilization to support organ mobility and reduce internal tension, manual therapy to release tight or restricted muscles, breathing and core coordination to improve pressure management and personalized exercise.
