Back to Basics is a chiropractic and massage therapy practice in Atlanta's West Midtown neighborhood, voted City's Best in 2025. Our licensed chiropractors and massage therapists treat patients of all ages and activity levels, from competitive athletes to expectant mothers and families. Services include chiropractic adjustments, migraine treatment, prenatal and pediatric chiropractic, sports rehabilitation, X-ray, deep tissue, neuromuscular, prenatal, TMJ, lymphatic and sports massage, and cupping. Every new patient starts with a thorough evaluation and a clear explanation of their options before committing to a care plan. We accept most major insurance plans and auto accident cases, and offer flexible self-pay and family plans.
