Dr. Brian Pugh is a board-certified surgeon by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. He earned his B.S. degree from East Tennessee State University in 2004. He attended the Edward Via Virignia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his medical degree in 2008. He completed his residency at Ohio University/ Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio in 2013.
