Ayodeji Sotimehin, MD

Dr. Ayodeji Sotimehin completed his six-year Urology residency at the Cleveland Clinic, serving as chief resident in his final year. He will join Georgia Urology in Atlanta as an Associate Physician in August 2025.
An Atlanta native, Dr. Sotimehin earned his B.A. in Chemistry with a minor in Visual Arts from Emory University and his M.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he received numerous honors including the Levi Watkins Jr. Scholarship and the Persky Urological Research Scholar Award.
His research interests include kidney cancer, BPH, priapism in sickle cell disease, and nerve regeneration for urinary incontinence, with publications in journals such as The Journal of Urology and Sexual Medicine.
