Axis Health System’s Regional Crisis Center in Durango is a state-designated Walk-in Crisis Center, providing immediate, 24/7/365 access to behavioral health and substance use care, including Rapid Access outpatient behavioral health services, psychiatry and mental health care, mobile crisis response, withdrawal management, drug testing and monitoring, and short-term respite care. Every individual is screened, assessed, and connected to care upon arrival—day or night.
