Business InformationAllison Grace, MSW, LCSW, I m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with licenses in Missouri and Illinois, and I ve been practicing as an LCSW since 1993. I work with people navigating stress, grief, life transitions, emotional regulation, parenting, burnout, ADHD, autism, and other challenges. My approach is compassionate, curious, and nonjudgmental. I draw on client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and my training as a Positive Intelligence coach. I also offer heart-centered hypnotherapy and holistic practices, including Reiki and meditation I offer in-person sessions in the St. Louis area and virtual sessions throughout Missouri and Illinois. I accept most insurance payments and can provide a super bill.
