I have dealt with almost every luxury dealership in Michigan and many in other cities and Autos Tempest Group has the best service I have ever experienced. After a really unpleasant service experience with another large dealership they picked my car up the next day (on a holiday), delivered a nice loaner, and the service manager Lucas was a delight to deal with. The sales manager, Chad Arion, and Lucas updated me constantly even though the repairs/service seemed to be done in record time. Since I specialize in a niche luxury service business (real estate) I am especially sensitive to the level of service provided by professionals in other industries and I will never purchase a car from another dealership and highly advise anyone else to consider the same.

I live in Pennsylvania and recently bought a car from Autos Tempest Group. I had not seen the car prior to delivery. Extremely smooth transaction and the vehicle was exactly as expected when it arrived. Andrew was extremely accommodating and I don’t have a single complaint. Finally a car dealer you can trust. These guys went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a used 2017 Tesla S from Kevin at Autos Tempest Group, Warren, MI. As it was an internet purchase (AutoTrader) from CA, and having never done this before, I had some angst about how the process would go. Ultimately, Kevin streamlined the entire process for me. He was always available by text or phone to answer my questions. I received the car by covered transport a few days after it set off from MI without problems. Even after the delivery of the car, Kevin was available to help me work through the registration paperwork in CA. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through the internet with Kevin at Autos Tempest Group and would do so again, if the opportunity arises.

I don't know how to describe it. I've been to many showrooms at dealerships across the country. This place, it's in another league. It's awe inspiring. Beautiful cars. Tasteful, not over the top. It has that sort of Tony Stark's garage feeling to it. Go. See for yourself. It's worth the drive. Don't blame me if you drive away in the coolest car you've ever driven.

What an amazing experience working with our sales agent, Andrew Preston, and the fantastic team that managed to turn my Lexus LX570 into a gorgeous Mercedes Benz E63 S Wagon - I am still in awe of what now sits in our garage and I get to drive daily.

I asked on more than 1 occasion to add the extended warranty. It was not listed when I picked up the vehicle. The gentleman at the dealership's vending machine told me that he would have them add it and they would resend the contract electronically, which had to be done before the 1st payment was made. I also called to inquire and inquired online. I am not being told, 15 days later, that the 7-day period has passed for it to be added. They are insisting that they never were asked to add it.

I found them while I was searching the Internet for the right car for me, I was looking to find a Mercedes S500 Coupe 4Matic, and this site wad a blue one with many options, so I got in contact right away. I booked a flight and went to the place, they had an Uber pick me up from the Airport and got me to their location, there I was meet by Gregor who has helped me with the whole deal. So I have tested the car on their lot, went with Gregor for a quick drive, I already knew the model, knew what I wanted, loved the color everything was great so we finalized the deal.

4 Days latter, while I was at home with the car, found out that the spare wheel wasn't there... that got me seriously aggravated, so I called Gregor, he checked with the guys from the yard, and it seems the spare wheel was still with them and none of us has toughed to check it it was there... My problem was why was it out of it's place and outside the car in the first place. Anyways Gregor arranged to have it shipped to me and got it 5 days latter.

Its A Scam. I drove by that address there is no cars on the lot.

I have been looking for a Cayman 718 for months now, until I finally found one online and went to see it first hand. My sales agent was Erik Stowasser, yes, as the name probably says he is of German descent. He actually worked in Germany Stuttgart at the Porsche Factory and knows a great deal about Porsche, more than I could have ever imagine, so yes he's been of great help in choosing the right car with the right options. I finally decided on a Carmine Red CAYMAN GTS 2018, with PDK Transmission, Sport plus Pack and bucket seats, the kind that are on the GT4 Cayman, what can I say, I love this car, it is a pleasure to simply watch it, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and with this guys, they did not rushed me into anything, they have presented me with allot of options, and in the end that has helped me make the right choice.

A friend recommended to visit this place and so I did, found out it was worthed, they have allot of cars to chose from, large showroom almost all the latest Tesla models available, great prices.

Andrew was very responsive to my inquiry and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. This was the greatest experience I ever had at a dealership. Great overall customer service and comfortable atmosphere.

I was looking for a new Boxster and could not find a good one, was looking for the S or GTS model, with the 2.5l engine not the simple one that has 2l engine and 299 hp, so I was looking for one with options so to speak and also as anyone else, for a good price. Ohhh, yeah, I found an add, right here on yelp actually, and clicked on it, that is why I decided to register here after, it seems you can find good deals here and see what others say about the places you find, business etc, so anyways, found an add, clicked on it, and went to the website. Scrolled trough the inventory and found 2 I was interested in, a Boxster and a Cayman, which in part are the same car only the Boxster is convertible and the Cayman is not. Gave them a call and the whole staff was super friendly and cool. Once I discussed all the details, I arranged for a private inspection at their place, a PPI Inspection, and once that was done got it shipped to me. Got the car after about a week, test it again as I did have a trial period, everything was perfect. Done deal!
The part that I like the most is that they never pressured me to buy anything, no sleazy salesman as you would expect from a dealership, no annoying calls, no nothing, they have simply answered my questions, presented me with all the option, and than let me choose without any pressure, and I love that.

It has been an experience, it took me a while to sell my car trough them first, because I needed the money and than some to get a new one, so yes, it took about 2 months for them to find a buyer for mine for the price I wanted but they finaly did so I went back to them with the difference to buy a new one. Well not a new one in the sense that I bought a new car, it is still an used one but new to me. So here I am now, 2 months latter, just getting ready to drive back home in this gorgeous Range Rover Superchaged. Is it all I hoped for? at the moment I would say Yes and more, miles are great, paint is unblemished, still 2 years of warranty, I mean what can go wrong?? Just kidding, everything looks and feels perfect, and I would not be able to get it if they would have not sold my old car for the price I ve asked for, which by the way was not low as you would expect when trading in your car for a new one, so try them, you might be surprised, I know I am.

Finally an easy way to buy a car, I mean they are not the only ones to have this options, I have heard of Carvana having this too, but I never dealt with them.
I have just purchased a Tesla Model S and it was a great experience, in the sense that I got the car I wanted, a Tesla S P90D, for the price I was hooping for :).
Joshua was great, I simply told him the year, make and model, color I wanted and options and in just a few hours he found the perfect one for me. Paid cash for it, and everything else followed very quickly and with no hassle. Next day I had the car delivered to me, and after another 3 days I had it.
