Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Jesus Medina grew up in an immigrant household where hard work was constant and healthcare was often delayed out of necessity. Those early experiences shaped his understanding of access, prevention, and compassionate care. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology, followed by a Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences, before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Medina believes dentistry is about more than treating teeth, its about understanding each patients story, concerns, and goals. His approach focuses on prevention, education, transparency, and creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.
