From the North (Independence): Take 291 S/I-470 W to US-40 W. Take exit 16A from 291 S/I-470 W and turn right onto 40 Highway W, then turn left onto S. Cliff Ave. Turn left at the first cross street at E Fall Drive. Make a right turn, then left. 4721 S. Cliff Ave. will be on the right. Our clinic is in Suite 201.

From the East (Blue Springs): Take I-70 W to 291 S/I-470 W to US-40 W. Take exit 16A from 291 S/I-470 W and turn right onto 40 Highway W, then turn left onto S.
