Arthur Hoksbergen is a General Practitioner, having opened an office in December of 2015. He looks forward to providing quality Legal Services to the citizens of Blackfoot and its surrounding areas. In 1983 he graduated from Auburn High School. He then joined the U.S. Navy and retired after twenty years of service. From 2005 to 2009, he attended Idaho State University subsequently attained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. From 2010 to 2013, he attended Law School at The University of South Dakota, where he earned a Juris Doctor. Since 2014, Arthur has been a member of the Idaho State Bar.
