Anne manages corporate federal tax liability through investment in privately placed tax-exempt bond issues as well as new markets, historic rehabilitation, and low-income housing tax credits. She has more than three decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2005.

Anne has a Bachelor of Science from Christopher Newport University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking – University of Pennsylvania. She is the founding chair of ivWatch, LLC, the founding chair of 757Accelerate Powered by TowneBank, and also the vice chair of the Region 5 GO Virginia Council.
