AnnapurnaBlue Health and Wellness offers its unique healing programs at several different locations. We are proud to have our own retreat center located on an environmentally protected private lake in the forest of Central Minnesota. The resort offers a peaceful and isolated quiet space for self- renewal, and natural surroundings for inner healing: a beautiful lake for swimming, paddleboards, canoes and kayaks, green forest, rustling pines, and fresh air. In the winter we move our program to warmer locations. Our favorite is Costa Rica. All retreats are prepared specifically for each person to include classes and workshops. We encourage our guests to enjoy a massage, a yoga class, a sound bathing healing class with Tibetan Singing bowls, and meditation. Enjoy our healthy meals, made fresh daily. Housing options in Minnesota include cabins, glamping tents, and Zen studios.
