I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My career began 15 years ago as a registered nurse. I have worked in various specialties including correctional healthcare, dialysis, psychiatry, and medical surgical nursing. My training and experience with a diverse population ignited a passion to help patients better manage their overall health and wellbeing. My biggest strengths include but are not limited to working with individuals through anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, depression, and mood disorders. I believe that your mental health is equally as important as your physical health.
