Dr. Anita Jacob grew up in Lewisville, TX. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Minor in Health Care Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry. She then continued on to do a post-graduate residency in Ocular Disease and Primary eye care at the Veterans Health System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During which time she trained in anterior segment laser certification, specialty contact lens fittings, and was a clinical preceptor at the Northeastern State University College of Optometry.
