Dr. Andrew Kerstein was the founding medical director of the Senior Behavior Health at St. Joseph Medical Center and for over 5 years cared for demented and mentally ill older adults. Prior to that, he treated geriatric, adult, and adolescent psychiatry patients in various hospital settings and outpatient clinics. He comes to us with extensive experience as an attending psychiatrist in community mental health settings treating severely mental ill adult and adolescent outpatients.

Dr. Kerstein completed his psychiatry residency program at the University of KS School of Medicine in Wichita, KS and an Osteopathic Traditional Rotating Internship at University Hospitals Richmond Medical Center in Richmond Heights, OH.
