In 2022, she transitioned to the agency side, became a licensed insurance agent, and now focuses on helping individuals and families protect what matters most. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Ashley is committed to delivering personalized service and building genuine, long-term relationships with customers. She takes pride in helping every customer feel informed, supported, and confident in their insurance decisions. Ashley lives by the principle of treating every customer as she would want to be treated herself. Born and raised in Mooresville, Indiana, Ashley values her faith and enjoys attending church. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her daughter and family — camping, boating, fishing, and biking — and cherishes creating lasting memories with the people she loves most.

Denise Woodard - Customer Service Specialist Denise has built a distinguished career in the insurance industry spanning over 20 years, becoming a licensed insurance agent in 2015. She is deeply committed to helping customers understand their coverage and feel confident that they are well protected and taken care of. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Denise has called Greenwood, Indiana home since 1975 when her father’s insurance career brought the family here. Inspired by his example, she proudly followed in his footsteps. Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with her family — especially her grandchildren. She also loves watching good movies outdoors, and catching up with friends over coffee.

Lindsey Rawlins - Customer Service Specialist Lindsey began her insurance career in 2013 and quickly discovered her passion for helping people navigate their insurance needs with care and confidence. Known for her patience and dedication to customer service, she takes pride in building lasting relationships and finding the right solutions for every customer. Raised in Delphi, Indiana, Lindsey graduated from Ivy Tech. She currently lives in Carmel, Indiana, with her husband. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, caring for animals, and cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers at sporting events.
