I see patients of all ages and have special interests in preventive care, women's health and children's health. I enjoy helping patients manage diabetes, high blood pressure and other conditions using lifestyle changes. I'm trained in lactation support and mindfulness. I chose a career in medicine at a young age when my family lived in Lima, Peru. One of my uncles worked as a doctor in a rural town. I admired his commitment to service and the close working relationships that he developed over time.
