I hold Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine, which means I have demonstrated expertise in treating chronic disease through lifestyle interventions — helping families access care that adds years to life and life to years.Outside of work, I recharge by spending time outdoors — skiing or paddling on Vermont’s lakes and ponds. When I’m not outside, you might find me exploring fiber arts or cooking a healthy vegan meal.
