About Americana Insurance Group We at Americana Insurance Group want to say Thank You for your patience as we worked through the challenging time of Covi-19 Pandemic. But its time to get back to business as Normal! What was good that came out of Covid-19 for Americana Insurance Group? We feel we had to be much more flexible and prepared company for anything that can be a disruption for normal business operations to help serve our clients through catastrophic times if the need were to arise. Another positive change that happened is it gave our agency an opportunity to do an office remodel without subjecting our customers to a clutter and mess.
