Hi! I'm Amanda. I have been providing clinical mental health and wellness services to a diverse population of clients, with a wide range of concerns for over 3 years. I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach to the therapeutic process. I have found this to be an effective approach to treatment for any presenting concerns or problematic symptoms contributing to client distress. The therapeutic role is to create a safe space where clients can feel heard, validated and address their concerns openly in an unbiased, judgement free environment. I am passionately dedicated to providing guidance and/or assistance to any and all clients with compassion and empathy.
