My passion for helping people lead healthier lives through proper nutrition led me to become a registered dietitian. My love of kids led to my specialty in pediatric nutrition. \n Good nutrition plays a crucial role at every stage of our growth and development. It's incredibly rewarding for me to see babies thrive and develop into healthy adolescents and teens. And it's a privilege to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families. \n Patients can count on me to provide compassionate, personalized and evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. I strive to empower patients and families with the tools they need to make informed choices about the foods they eat. \n Outside work, I enjoy staying active in a number of ways, including walking my German shepherd and doing hot yoga and hot Pilates. I also cherish spending time with my teenaged daughter. \n I stay current on the latest nutrition science and am constantly expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve my patients. It's an honor for me to be on the journey to optimal health and well-being with my patients.
