Allina Health Laboratory – Mercy Hospital provides a convenient location for collection or drop-off of lab samples. A written order from your provider will be necessary to perform your lab work. Please be prepared with the Allina Health Laboratory order request form from your provider/clinic and a copy of your insurance card. No appointments are needed. Walk-ins are welcome. This lab is located on the first floor of Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.
