From a young age, Allie developed a passion for baking by spending time in the kitchen with her mother. This love for the craft evolved into a career when she moved to New York to study Baking and Pastry Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Since then, Allie has refined her skills and gained invaluable experience working alongside renowned chefs like David Burke and Tom Colicchio across New Jersey, New York, California, and Texas.
