Holland Company has been in business since 1945 and North Alabama Sand & Gravel, LLC in the sand and gravel business since 1995. As a result, the combined company will be operating with an increased sand reserve and longevity of resources. Alliance Sand and Aggregates, LLC has the capacity to provide plant pick up on location and the resources to accommodate delivery. This transaction will allow for much advancement within the company. In the near future we will be providing alternative modes of transportation. Additionally, we are in the initial planning stages of providing transfer stations that will strategically located throughout the Southeast market area. A primary goal of this merger is to accommodate customers with a wide range of products within a larger demographic..
