Sometimes, our bodies or mental health conditions create distress in our lives. Other times, life’s challenges take a toll on our physical and mental well-being. How do we break free from this cycle? Well, we work on it. I specialize in working with individuals and families adjusting to chronic illness, facing difficulties with daily activities—such as eating, sleeping, toileting—or struggling to stay on track with their treatment/educational plans.
