Alex is a physical therapist who’s passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love most. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Angelo State University and has a special interest in orthopedics, post-op, foot and ankle rehab, and working with individuals who have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) or hypermobility. Her treatment philosophy focuses on meeting the unique needs of each patient and meeting them where they’re at to help them reach their goals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running with her dog, staying active outdoors, reading, playing board games, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
