We are the Fear-Busters and the A-Team, specializing in connecting employers with the massive, untapped talent pool of people with disabilities (SSI/SSDI recipients).

Our services are twofold:

For Employers: Strategic recruiting and consulting. We deliver high-impact talent strategies that lead to exceptional results, including a 93% retention rate. Disability inclusion is your competitive advantage.

For Individuals: We administer the 'Ticket to Work' program, providing expert, long-term support to help individuals navigate the unknowns of returning to work without risking their safety net. Don't panic; we've got this.
