Dr. Hulbert earned her BS in Biology from Ferris State University and her Doctor of Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry, completing externships with the Indian Health Services, Air Force, and Special Needs Vision Clinic. A decorated Air Force veteran, she served 6 years on active duty before joining the Michigan Air National Guard. In 2018, she became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. She now provides dedicated eye care to the West Michigan lakeshore community.
