We make all kinds of real estate loans specializing in the more difficult to place purchase money, first-time homebuyer loans, manufactured homes, reverse mortgage loans, and refinance loans. We also pride ourselves in our ability to offer reverse mortgages. Credit and income challenges are what we have built our reputation on, and we continue to excel in this area.
