I am a dedicated, down-to-earth therapist specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, known for my engaging and approachable style. With experience working with active-duty military personnel and veterans, I have developed specialized expertise for treating PTSD, combat-related trauma, and the effects of military deployment on families. With a compassionate and client-centered approach I help clients feel at ease as they work through life's most challenging experiences.

I integrate EMDR to help clients process trauma and reduce distressing memories. I also draw on CBT to challenge negative thought patters and promote healthier behaviors, and DBT for emotional regulation, mindfulness and interpersonal skills.
