Dr. Charging Thunder is a well known, loved, and respected Lakota family physician who grew up in the Nebraska Panhandle along with her husband, Dave, whose hometown is Gordon, Nebraska. She worked on farms with her parents growing up and learned to drive a tractor before a car. She understands the issues that rural Americans face.
