I have been in nursing for 25 years, mainly in Critical Care and Surgical Services and now as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have additional training and certification as a licensed provider of BioTe bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. I believe that optimal health and wellness occurs through the balancing and optimizing of our hormones in conjunction with diet, exercise, stress reduction, and functional medicine therapies. Each person has individual needs, goals, and concerns, and I believe in collaborating with my patients in providing health guidance and health care in a manner that is individualized and personal. My goal is not only to promote quantity of life but also sustained quality of life as we age.
