I have been a licensed Professional Counselor in the Milwaukee area since 2011, assisting adults, adolescents, and couples through a wide variety of mental health issues. I approach my clients holistically, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to meet each client's unique goals and needs.
In the demanding, hectic world that we live in, the first thing we tend to sacrifice is self-care. I am passionate about helping individuals reprioritize themselves and discover healthy ways to cope with the more difficult aspects of life, as well as help them discover the importance of developing connection between the body and mind for overall wellness.
