Hello! I'm Amanda Richter, LCSW. For more than 15 years, I've worked in the field of behavioral health across inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential settings. During that time, I've had the privilege of serving as a hospital social worker, therapist, supervisor, clinical director, and more recently, working in macro social work within the broader healthcare sphere.

These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the many ways people heal and how powerful it can be when we're supported through life's hardest moments.

My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, older adults, life transitions, grief and loss, stress management, and career/leadership development.
