I am a clinical social worker who is passionate about guiding people ages 18 and up through their process of recovery, change, and/or development.
I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions that can be difficult to adjust to throughout adulthood. I have over 20 years of experience with individuals, families and groups. Using an integrative approach that is ultimately nonjudgmental, strength-based, and solution-focused, I aim to provide hope and help on your journey.
