Ken Plum helped me while traveling with family, accidentally locked key fob in car and Ken came to the rescue to get my vehicle unlocked!! I highly recommend him for all services needed in the Burns area. Very professional. Ken will be my "go to" if I ever need anything while in the area!!

Ken Plum rescued me on a very warm day just east of Cheyenne, WY. AAA dispatch sent him and he was there in less than an hour. He even had cold bottled water he shared!! We left for the weekend with our 19ft boat and 5th wheel in tow and ran into some issues with our boat trailer a little way out of Cheyenne. We called Ken to tow our boat and trailer back to Cheyenne. He was affordable , quick, and professional. He did a great job helping us out! Had a major tire blowout about an hour east of Cheyenne, WY while driving westbound on I-80. Car's air conditioning wasn't working and the car was packed to the max with family members including a young child and an infant. Found out my jack and wrench were missing from the trunk so there we sat on the side of I-80 with temps in the 90s. My VerizonWireless Roadside Assistance notified ABC Towing of our situation who started texting and calling us periodically to give us status reports on their expected arrival time. Ken Plum, owner and operator of ABC Towing, arrived within the expected timeframe and got right to work. Within 10 minutes of arriving he had the blown-out tire and wheel off and the spare tire on and we were on our way. Great service, fast response time, and a relief for me and my stranded family. After our car hit a deer in western Nebraska, ABC towing was enlisted by our insurance company to locate us to tow our damaged vehicle to the nearest collision shop in rural Nebraska. Ken, the owner of ABC towing, promptly drove his truck 100 miles from his business outside of Cheyenne and hoisted our damaged vehicle onto his flatbed. Then he drove us 42 miles to the body shop in Kimball, Nebraska. Ken was courteous and friendly and a true professional. We were so happy with the wonderful service provided by ABC towing.
