I've dealt with other water damage companies over the years, and they all have felt like used car salesmen trying to convince us that we had mold problems in our house that we didn't have. Then they would strongly suggest that we needed to have an excessive amount of repairs done. This was NOT the case with Restoration Specialists. He came promptly and totally alleviated my concerns after we had a pipe burst under our house while we were on a trip. I was very worried about the extent of the damage (I thought he would have to take down many walls if they had gotten wet) and while he could have preyed on my fears, he did not. He tested extensively and assured me that only one wall had moisture in it and that we did not have any mold issues from the leak. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and really took his time to make sure the work was done properly (unlike the last company we used a few years back who was in and out in a flash). He even patched up and painted a little hole in another wall from a totally unrelated incident...free of charge! When the job was finished, I told him I hoped we never needed him again, but if we do, he will be the one that we call.
