Let me first off by saying that I made a mistake and called my friends auto glass repair shop first. They were prompt to help me complete the claim however after many rescheduling the person just stopped responding. I have a nice car and drive my children in it daily. Anyways I called A1Glassworks as they were close and had good reviews online. I am glad I did. The receptionist was incredible she apologized for the other shops behavior and assured me that I would be taken care of first thing. She helped me change the shop to them walked me through the steps then had her manager reach out to me almost immediately to schedule me as soon as possible. He did just that he got his team out the very next morning to my job and beautifully done. Thank you Kevin and Damien. And the receptionist that calmed me down and made me laugh a little as I was over the whole process. If ever needed I will call again!
