It can improve skin and muscle tone, ease headaches, and relax sore or tight muscles and restricted joints. Specifically, it can relieve tendinitis and other injuries which develop over time, in addition to low back pain, muscle strains and tendon sprains. Ear Candling, also known as Ear Coning, is a natural technique which is often used for large amounts of ear wax, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), headaches and migraines, temporomandibular joint disfunction (TMJ), etc. A Massage For Fitness is conveniently located in the beautiful upper Pike Creek hills of suburban Newark, Delaware. We have been in business since January 2005. Donna is a nationally Board-Certified, Delaware-Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified in Advanced Myofascial Techniques, and a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. It is a home massage studio, open with varying hours six days a week, by appointment only, as we cannot take walk-ins.
