Robert Arida brings to 1st Maintenance 30+ years experience in the construction industry. He grew up in a family of builders and learned much about construction from his father and grandfather. He furthered his education with a degree in Business and Construction Engineering. Robert dug his first Foundation at the age of 14 and built his first home at the age of 22. He continued to do residential and commercial construction with his father's roofing and construction business. In 1990, Robert started his own business Arida Construction. He continued building residential homes and commercial buildings. He brought his knowledge to South Carolina in 2015 with his Business 1st Maintenance.
