Instead of sending customers to one business for collision work, another for mechanical service, another for compliance-related installation, and somewhere else to buy their next vehicle, we bring those needs together under one organization with one standard of care.

Collision Repair 1 Stop is our full-service collision division, providing body and paint work, frame and structural repair, rust repair, insurance coordination, and the diagnostic and calibration-related support modern vehicles require. Auto Care 1 Stop is our full-service mechanical division, providing diagnostics, alignment, maintenance, and repair for domestic and foreign vehicles, with a strong specialty in foreign makes. We are also an authorized LifeSafer ignition interlock installation and service center, and our public shop materials emphasize the importance of diagnostic documentation when working around check-engine, ABS, and ADAS-related systems.

Auto Sales 1 Stop extends that same model into vehicle sales. Rather than separating sales from service, we position vehicle sales within the same overall operating footprint as repair and maintenance, creating a stronger chain of accountability before, during, and after the sale. Our goal is not simply to repair vehicles or sell them. Our goal is to help customers and their families stay safely on the road with dependable service, informed decisions, and fair value.

Our operation is supported by modern shop equipment and professional repair processes, including frame and tire equipment, diagnostic documentation, and repair workflows designed to improve accuracy, communication, and consistency. We also publicly promote a nationwide extended warranty on qualifying mechanical repairs with 24/7 roadside assistance through our Advance Auto Parts partnership.
