I had an amazing experience with sono Bello! I had a fantastic sergen and nurse the day of my surgery. Kat was my other nurse at pre op she was so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service from the employees and staff. I feel very satisfied with the cost and the results. I would definitely recommend sono Bello to family and friends. The only problem I?d say about my experience is the appointment time changes that came up during this process. I would receive phone calls several times to reschedule the time of an already set appointment. That was frustrating. But other then that I?m happy and ready to start my new life with my new body!

My experience today with Mary was great she was very attentive and answered all my questions. She was the reason why i decided to do the procedures i elected for. she convinced me that the doctor and his team of staff are excellent, and that i am in good hands from procedure to recovery. Mary is a wonderful staff and an asset to the company. she promotes Sono bello as if she owns it. She is a very happy employee and it reflects positively in her Job performance. That is why i give her 5 star. And i hope the Sono bello corporation will recognize her too.

Others need to know that the early results are amazing. I was IMPRESSED!!! to say the least. the whole experience is amazing. From calling and getting positive feed to concern questions you have to the hands on first visit. The office staff is so professional and friendly. after seeing the doctor you are excited and over whelmed just awaiting the outcome. I was surprised that they let you know the most you could experience which I never did. Expecting more than I actually experienced as far as after the procedure and the pain it was all like 9 ten being no pain. I look forward to the months ahead. the mirror may not remember me!!!! (wink) Im excited.

Mary S. is awesome. She is able to learn what you need In a very short period of time. She?s genuinely interested in helping you attain the look you desire. Also, she?s not afraid to tell you what is attainable and what isn?t. She?s sweetly straight forward on services and potential pricing. Great right?! Nobody wants to deal with a company representative that beats around the bush. There are so many companies out there you can try. Try Sono Bello first.

My consultation with Mary went better than expected. There was no pressure and Mary was very straight forward with me. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and was realistic. I felt she was genuinely trying to help me and not just push me Into something. Honestly, it was 100 times better than the consultation I had 7 yrs ago in the scottsdale location (when I first became a customer). I was pleasantly surprised by Mary?s honesty and how she made sure I felt completely comfortable in my decision before I signed anything.

Much easier than expected. It is painful but tolerable. My procedure was a Thursday and I was back at work on Monday. I would do it again in a heartbeat...and wish I had done it even sooner!

My Sono Bello experience started out terms of Rocky however this time with them and my body begin to heal and conform to my desire I have thoroughly pleased and is grateful I had the procedure done and would recommend others to do it.

Be prepared for a 4 - 5 week recovery, but the results are worth it. The sales lady I worked with, who is no longer with the company, told me the recovery would be a week to 10 days. That was unfortunate but I had read enough reviews and seen online videos that I was prepared.

Prompt, welcoming and courteous service, from the beginning of my journey and all through out. Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and saw to all my concerns. Office staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. Although it has only been 2 weeks since my procedure, everyone saw to my needs and calmed all my fears relating to my procedure.
