It all started when my husband and I decided that we wanted e-bikes. My husband and I had a fantastic experience buying our first e-bikes, from owner Robert, and crew at his store Pedego on St. Simons Island in GA. From the moment we walked into the store, we had his undivided attention, and he was extremely helpful by giving us the information we needed to make an informed decision. No question was too small or dumb, and he only spoke to us with kindness. Both my husband and I felt as if we had known Robert for years.
Talk about customer service, a couple weeks after we bought our bike’s, we were having trouble finding an adapter sleeve for our hitch. So, he called somebody that he knew to make us an adapter sleeve which would fit our hitch. Then he proceeded to drive over an hour to bring it to us and help set everything up.
In my experience, business’ never mind business owners, give that kind of attention to customer service, but Robert at Pedego on St. Simmons Island did. He is amazing!
If you want human beings who truly are passionate about what they do, and you need a bike, then you have found the right place.
