I write reviews only if I have strong opinions, so here is the review in hopes to either motivate you to try it or not. MY STORY-I have let myself go in the last five years. My scale and numbers at the doctor proved it. I knew I had to do something. I hate walking or trying to do some type of activities by myself because I don't push myself as hard.
WHAT MADE ME TRY IT-I saw an ad and dared a coworker to do it with me. She agreed and then decided not to. On my week staycation, I thought, "Why not? I will try it."
AM I A WORKOUT EXTRAORDINAIRE? Let me say I have "two left feet" and never was in sports. Grace is not my middle name. I think of my waist as a busted can of refrigerator biscuits with a jello jiggle
HOW DID THAT WORK FOR ME WHEN I GOT THERE- I went and tried my best. Kylie and Justus have been positive, encouraging, and patient. They take time to show me the moves, make sure I do them correctly and I am catching on quickly. I'm not the only person like that here, but there are fitness instructors that even take the class. That means the workout works from beginner to expert
WHAT WAS IT LIKE AFTER MY FIRST CLASS I feel so good after I leave there. I have gone 7 times and I have never burned less than....drumroll....500 calories in the hour. I have lost just a couple of pounds but i can already tell a difference in my pants.
IS IT EXPENSIVE They have a try it promotion regularly, so what do you have to lose (a large pizza and drink TMthat will last a night at a restaurant or a three to five day opportunity to see if this is a good fit). I say try it and i will see you there! YOU MAY WONDER WHAT TO EXPECT SO HERE IT IS: The workout is a warm up, six boxing rounds, some partner drill or training new exercises, a specific muscle group to work on, and then cool down. An hour goes fast. I look forward to going back each time and I have been disappointed when i can't go.
ANY OTHER SUCCESSESA I am getting stronger and can do things I couldn't two weeks ago.
MY FINAL RECOMMENDATION I recommend iLoveKickboxing.

iLoveKickboxing is a great way to workout and having lots of fun punching and kicking a bag, The trainers are encouraging, and motivating. It have helped me shred 8lb in 8 weeks and look forward to each class.

I just did 2 classes @ iLoveKickboxing and fell in love! I have always hated to workout, and really thought it would be painful like other classes I have taken before! But how I was wrong, and I am so glad I gave it a try. To my surprise it was an awesome and effective class. It only took me the 1st class to know this was it, and immediately signed up for their unlimited classes membership. I can’t believe the 1 hour class goes so quickly, and made me feel energetic and refreshed afterwards! The staff is very nice and motivating! They have a VIP social media group where they motivate us to reach our goals. I can’t recommend it enough and I am positive you will immediately fall in love with kickboxing and won’t regret it! Oh, did I mentioned their promotion included a pair of “pink gloves”? How cool is that? ❤️

Ilovekickboxing has been amazing for me. I have been one that hasn't been successful at running on a treadmill or jogging or even going to a regular gym, I would get bored and stop going. I am able to punch out my frustrations and stressful days! The instructors keep you motivated and encourage you to push yourself when you might want to give up. I am so happy I found ilovekickboxing!

iLoveKickboxing is a great full body workout! The staff are motivating and friendly, always offering words of encouragement. Kickboxing is a great way to end your day and burn some calories. I love my iLoveKickboxing family!! :)

I started iLoveKickboxing as a trial, after the first class I loved it and was determined to come back. The staff are so motivational and are very welcoming. Not only do you want to come back to better yourself, THEY make you want to come back. It is challenging but also fun at the same time. Who doesn't want to kick/punch the bags after a long day?

I absolutely love ILKB. I am more motivated than I have ever been when it come to exercising and getting into shape. I just 2 weeks I have started to see results. The staff is wonderful. The instruction during class is motivating and makes you want to come back. I cannot lie and say it is easy. But what I can say is that the hard work is worth it. It?s a great feeling to walk in and you are acknowledged by your name. It makes you feel like you are part of a family. And in my opinion there is nothing greater. I look forward to continuing to grow and develop in my fitness journey. I know that with the support of ILKB I will be able to reach my short term goals as well as maintain a life time of physical fitness.
