I scheduled an appointment a week prior to get my undercarriage sprayed. Came to my appointment on the day of and they tell me then that they don’t have the tools to do the necessary work. I even brought my own undercoating fluid. I also had to wait over an hour for them to see me. It would of been nice for them to tell me they didn’t have the supplies on my first meeting with them. I could of bought the items and bring it with me but they didn’t. David the guy I initially talked to had excellent customer service. On the day of the appointment it was some middle eastern guy with a nasty attitude I had to deal with. Very snarky attitude the whole time I was talking to him. I asked to talk to someone else other than him and he told me he was the owner and there was no one else. I couldn’t believe it. I just left because it seemed like he couldn’t care less about his customers and I didn’t want to deal with his nasty attitude. Over priced also very high compare to all the other shops around. I was going to just go with them because In the south a lot of shops don’t do undercarriage work. But at the end I found a place that did a great job for half the price. I don’t recommenced this place at all.
